Lisa Ernster

    Born and raised in rural Minnesota, Lisa Ernster’s love of learning lead her to Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. While pursuing her degree, she interned with Fox Cable Networks, the United States Department of Agriculture, and Deloitte, one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, where she developed a passion for business and accounting. Deloitte’s internship turned into a full time job offer after she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting and in Finance.

    She was an auditor for three years before switching career paths from auditor to accountant for a Fortune 500 company. With a drive to continue her professional learning in a different environment, she moved to Los Angeles, California where she completed her Masters of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. Enthusiastic about learning, Lisa is currently studying and sitting for her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exams.

    The desire to help high school students in their pursuit of learning and career development led Lisa to working for Ducerus, a company that embodies the importance of education and its impact on the rest of your life.
